Cycling

First things first, I love cycling. I think everyone should try cycling if you want to stay in shape, tour places you otherwise wouldn't have time to visit, or just want to be fast. I starter cycling Jan, 2017 as of now Apr, 2017 I lost 10 lbs, have stronger legs and back and more importantly I am not easily out of breath anymore. Also the feels when you just finished a hard day of riding, it feels amazing.
